Yes. Our mat work meets industry standards and prepares you to gain insurance and start teaching professionally. We are currently in the process of being AusActive accredited so our coursework aligns with their requirements.

Absolutely! Many of our students & even many Pilates instructors are mums, study other courses or work full or part time! The course is structured to fit into real life, not the other way around!

Yes! Confidence is one of our core pillars. You will practice teaching, receive feedback and learn how to structure real classes so you feel prepared, not overwhelmed.

You will receive feedback on all assessments, access to our student community for connection and support, zoom and 1:1 classes with our experienced educators and instructors. We will have positions available in our studios for mentor guided class shadowing.

No prior anatomy study is required. Our anatomy course is embedded in our courses in an easy to understand & practical way that applies to understanding and teaching Pilates.

Yes. Once you have completed your assessments and obtained insurance you can begin teaching classes. Many graduates start in studios, community spaces or work for themselves right away.
