Flow Academy Pty Ltd:
Student Terms & Conditions 

1. Enrolment & Agreement 

By enrolling in a Flow Academy course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Flow Academy Pty Ltd. 

By completing your enrolment  you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. 

2. Course Fees & Payment 

All course fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless you opt to use an approved third-party payment option such as PayPal Pay in 4. 

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to the terms of the third-party provider. Flow Academy is not responsible for any payment schedules, fees, failed payments, or disputes associated with third-party payment providers. 

Course access will only be granted once payment has been successfully processed. 

3. Course Access 

Following successful enrolment, you will receive a separate email from our enrolment team within 1–3 business days. 

This email will include your enrolment link and full instructions to access your course materials. 

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure correct email details are provided and to check spam/junk folders. 

4. Refund Policy 

All course fees are non-refundable for change of mind or change in personal circumstances. 

This includes (but is not limited to): 

  • Change in schedule or availability 

  • Financial circumstances 

  • Relocation 

  • Inability to complete the course 

Once enrolled, your place in the course is secured and fees are non-refundable. 

Australian Consumer Law 

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

If a course is not delivered as described, is cancelled by Flow Academy, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund where required by law. 

5. Course Transfers & Deferrals 

We understand that circumstances can change and aim to support your learning journey where possible. 

Students may request to transfer to a future intake subject to the following: 

  • Minimum 14 days’ notice prior to course commencement 

  • A transfer fee of $150 applies 

  • Transfers must be used within 12 months of original enrolment 

  • Only one transfer is permitted per enrolment 

Flow Academy reserves the right to approve or decline transfer requests. 

6. Course Completion Timeframe 

Students are expected to complete all course requirements within the allocated course timeframe. 

Access to course materials may expire after 9-12 months from enrolment. 

Extensions may be granted at the discretion of Flow Academy and may incur an additional fee. 

7. Assessments & Re-sits 

All students must complete required assessments to a satisfactory standard to receive certification. 

If an assessment is not deemed competent: 

  • Feedback will be provided 

  • Students may re-submit their assessment up to 3 times. 

A re-sit fee of $75 per assessment applies for each additional attempt after your 3 resubmissions. 

Flow Academy reserves the right to determine competency, assessment outcomes and certification eligibility. 

8. Support & Learning Experience 

  • As part of your course, you will receive: 

  • Feedback on assessments 

  • Access to the student community 

  • Live Zoom sessions with educators (for online students)

  • In-person class opportunities (where applicable)

Additional support options such as mentorship or in-studio experiences may be offered as optional paid services and are subject to availability. 

 9. Code of Conduct 

Students are expected to always engage respectfully and professionally. 

  • Flow Academy reserves the right to remove any student who: 

  • Engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour 

  • Fails to follow instructions or course guidelines 

  • Acts in a way that impacts the safety or experience of others 

Removal from the course under these circumstances will not result in a refund. 

10. Intellectual Property 

All course materials, content, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Flow Academy Pty Ltd. 

These materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. 

11. Health & Liability 

Students participate in all practical components at their own risk. 

By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in movement-based training. 

Flow Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in the course. 

12. Changes to Course Delivery 

  • Flow Academy reserves the right to: 

  • Update or modify course content 

  • Change educators or delivery format 

  • Reschedule sessions where required 

Any changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. 

13. Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, Flow Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the course.
