Pilates Instructor Courses

Flow Academy offers modern, industry informed Pilates education designed for people who want a flexible, inspiring and meaningful career. Whether you’re starting from scratch or expanding your existing skills, our courses give you the confidence, knowledge and support to thrive in the Pilates and wellness industry.

Our courses can be completed fully online from anywhere in Australia, giving you the flexibility to study at your own pace and complete your learning and practical requirements around your lifestyle.

Alternatively, there may be opportunities to attend a 2-day in-person practical training intensive in South East Melbourne, alongside your online learning. These practical intensives are optional and subject to available intakes and student numbers.

In-person intensive dates are not guaranteed and are released throughout the year depending on demand, enrolments, educator availability and operational requirements. If an intake becomes available during your study period, you are more than welcome to attend, subject to availability.
