You’re as old as your connective tissue!
"I am 63 years old, and have been working out since I was 15. Over the years
I have managed to injure my back, neck, shoulders, kness and various other
assorted body parts as a result of bad technique, no technique, or what has
been considered good technique by trainers, but isn't. I've trained in
martial arts since 1962, and have again dinged myself, many times, following
the conventional training methods of the various arts that I've practiced.
I am a physician, practicing dermatology, but I have had fellowships in
physical medicine, and follow the trends as they come and go.
I was introduced to Intu-Flow™ a couple of years ago by a patient with
rheumatoid arthritis. He was thrilled by the resulting decrease in pain,
increased mobility, and dramatic reduction in the need for arthritis
medication.
I purchased the DVD and two weeks later, my neck, which had hurt for seven
years following a grappling injury, was pain free.
I explored CST 's many aspects, and concluded that I needed Scott Sonnon's
teaching about 40 years ago. Well, better late than never. I am now a CST
instructor, teaching a weekly class, plus a self defense class using the
techniques of Intu-Flow™ and other components of CST for attribute
development.
I have seen in myself and my students, who range in age from13, to the late
80s, dramatic improvement in mobility, balance, and grace in activities of
daily living, as well as self defense training.
With 48 years of training behind me, I find Intu-Flow™, the most rational,
effective and enjoyable form of training, I've ever experienced, and I
continue to explore the constantly evolving new programs available from
